Welcome to your Fitness-Trail!
What do you find here?
- A 1.000 to 2.000 m running trail to train endurance and strength (the exact distance you can see on the respective information board at the "start/finish-point").
- The trail includes 3 stations with bodyweight exercises.
- The Fitness-Trail is intended for a amount of 5 laps.
- According to your own constitution you can complete up to 5 laps with 15 different bodyweight exercises.
Sequence
- Warm-Up: Take at least 5 minutes to warm up. Activate all your major joints.
- Start your workout at the "start/finish-point". Start with a comfortable running pace and follow the given signposts.
- All exercises are designed on a moderate level of difficulty.
- To modifiy the level, choose the given modifications.
- After the first lap you can complete the trail 4 more times. Choose the exercises at the stations according to your current lap.
- By regulating the running pace or the number of rounds you can change the physical load.
- Cool-down: After your training, take 5 minutes to cool down. Complete a full lap with a leisurely pace. Stretch all the muscle groups you have used gently.
Information for your training
- Watch your breathing. Don't hold your breath and avoid compressive breathing.
- If an exercise is too exhausting, take a short break.
- Drink enough.
- Only use the trail if you feel healthy.
- If you feel pain during an exercise, stop the training.
- Pay attention to your training level and increase slowly.
- Listen to your body and don't expect to much from yourself.
Instructions for use and safety
- Use the location only as described in the instructions!
- Children under 14 years or under a height of 1,40 m may only use the location with expert supervision.
- Use of the location is at your own risk an only permitted in sufficient daylight!
- Do not use the location during thunderstorms!
