How strong are your legs?
- Lean back against a wall or tree and bend your legs as if you were sitting on a chair. Stay in that position as long as you can.
- Do several squats in a row.
- Try doing exercises 1 and 2 back-to-back in pairs.
- Can you do it by moving back-to-back together? Move sideways, forwards, and backwards in the squatting position.
Be careful when trying these exercises and stay concentrated so that you don't injure yourself.
